Terms & Conditions for jitawun

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the jitawun website, mobile site, and any related services (collectively the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

jitawun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

jitawun is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player balances.

1.1 Platform Availability

jitawun makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. jitawun will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

1.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be addressed through the dispute resolution procedure described in these Terms. By using the Platform you agree to submit to this process as your primary avenue of recourse.

jitawun is strictly an 18+ platform. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to gamble. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim any bonus on jitawun under any circumstances.

By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. jitawun reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: at account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time we have reasonable suspicion that a player may be underage.

Acceptable forms of age and identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photographic identification that clearly shows your date of birth.

Where age verification cannot be completed to jitawun's satisfaction, your account will be suspended and any funds held in the account will be managed in accordance with applicable law. If an account is found to have been operated by a person under the age of 18, jitawun will close the account immediately, void all bets placed, and may retain any deposits and winnings in accordance with these Terms.

To access the full features of the jitawun Platform — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on jitawun at any given time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jitawun reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances held within them. The original account may also be suspended depending on the circumstances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jitawun will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jitawun support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification

jitawun operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any stage. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All deposits and withdrawals on jitawun are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jitawun does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard conditions, though jitawun reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large deposit transactions. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases; during periods of high traffic or payment network congestion, credits may take up to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by jitawun's payments team and processed within one business day under standard conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in the player's own name that has been used for a prior deposit. jitawun reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

You must have wagered a minimum of one (1) times your total deposit amount before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This is a basic activity requirement and is separate from any bonus-specific wagering requirements. jitawun reserves the right to void withdrawals and suspend accounts where there is evidence of fraudulent deposit activity, abuse of payment systems, or chargebacks.

jitawun offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the individual offer) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal request will be approved. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before requesting withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jitawun reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the individual offer terms. Players who have self-excluded, are under active account review, or have pending unresolved support tickets related to account integrity are not eligible for bonuses.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jitawun actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), and any other strategy that is deemed to exploit the promotional system in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, jitawun reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the time period specified in the individual offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated uncleared winnings are removed from the player's account without compensation.

By using the jitawun Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

• You will only use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You will not use jitawun for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• You will not use automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• You will not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, including other players' accounts or administrative back-end systems.
• You will not engage in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward jitawun staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• You will keep your account details, including your mobile number and payment method details, up to date and accurate at all times.
• You will notify jitawun support immediately if you become aware of any error, glitch, or technical fault that results in an unintended game outcome or credit to your account. Exploiting a known technical error is a breach of these Terms.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jitawun does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

jitawun reserves the right to void bets and cancel transactions where there is clear evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or any event that rendered the original bet settlement materially incorrect. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

You may request the closure of your jitawun account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, jitawun will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and your identity has been verified.

7.1 Closure by jitawun

jitawun reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is suspected;
• The account is found to belong to a player under the age of 18;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity;
• jitawun is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and remain in effect for the period requested. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, no deposits will be accepted, and all marketing communications will be suppressed. Players who have self-excluded are strongly advised not to attempt to create a new account during their exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitawun's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jitawun shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or third-party service failures;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Losses resulting from a player's own decision to gamble, regardless of outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jitawun's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the jitawun Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the property of jitawun or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jitawun content without our express prior written consent.

8.2 Contact and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your jitawun account or a bet outcome, please contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five business days.
